My name is Kate Morreau and I have 30 years of experience working in the municipal sector as an Executive Assistant specializing in Human Resources and Compliance, I have developed a comprehensive skill set through collaboration with a wide range of departments, including:

Following my retirement, I channeled my passion for municipal service into CivFIX, a small, specialized business dedicated to assisting municipalities that are struggling to keep up with the ongoing legislative and regulatory changes required by the Province of Ontario.

Commitment to Municipal Compliance

Ensuring that municipal compliance requirements are consistently met demands continual review of policies and procedures. This process is particularly challenging for small, rural communities, where municipalities often face financial constraints and limited human resources.
